Spotlight Select is a dedicated segment for companies on Spotlight Stock Market. The segment is aimed at companies that want to clearly demonstrate their ambition to meet higher standards of transparency, corporate governance and financial reporting.
To qualify for Spotlight Select, companies must meet requirements including a market capitalisation of more than SEK 150 million, a free float of at least 25 percent, financial reporting in accordance with IFRS, and compliance with the Swedish Corporate Governance Code.
Companies that do not yet meet all the requirements may also take steps towards Select by presenting a clear plan for how the requirements will be met over time.
Being listed on Spotlight Select gives companies increased visibility and clearer positioning towards investors. Select companies are displayed separately in Spotlight’s share price list and are offered additional visibility through research reports, video interviews and capital markets days with a focus on institutional investors.
