Mendole A/S narrows its 2026 revenue guidance upwards and lowers its EBITDA guidance

Hedehusene, 29 September 2026. Based on an updated forecast, Mendole A/S ("Mendole" or the "Company") has reviewed its guidance for 2026.

The Company now expects the following for 2026 (standalone):

•       Revenue: DKK 135-155 million (previously DKK 125-155 million)

•       EBITDA: DKK 3.5-6.0 million (previously DKK 6.0-8.0 million)

The illustrative pro forma figures of DKK 300-350 million in revenue and DKK 30-40 million in EBITDA, published in company announcement No. 14 and the Interim Report Q2 2026, are withdrawn. The Company will publish updated figures if the acquisition of Rebo A/S is completed.

Background

The order book and the projects now in production support increased activity in the final months of the year. The Company therefore raises the lower end of the revenue range.

The lower EBITDA guidance is mainly due to:

•       one-off costs for due diligence and advisers in connection with the ongoing acquisition process for Rebo A/S, which are expensed as incurred

•       a soft early-season market, which delayed the start of roofing and outdoor projects in the first half of the year and led to lower utilisation and weaker coverage of fixed costs

•       a later start of several larger projects, with part of the earnings now expected in 2027

•       one-off costs for organisational adjustments, with the savings taking full effect from Q4 2026

Rebo A/S

Mendole remains in dialogue with the sellers of Rebo A/S, investors and lenders on completing the acquisition. The Company will inform the market once there is further news.
