Hunter Capital RTO 1 AB (publ) (the “Company”) and ResoTher Pharma A/S have agreed to extend the Letter of Intent (the “LoI”) regarding the intended reverse takeover transaction previously announced on 30 March 2026.

The LoI has been extended from 30 September 2026 to 31 December 2026 to allow the parties sufficient time to complete the remaining steps required for the contemplated transaction.

The parties remain committed to progressing the transaction and continue to work towards its completion. Except for the extended timetable, the principal terms and conditions of the contemplated transaction remain unchanged.

The Company will provide further updates as the transaction progresses.
