The service company Homemaid has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Söndrums Hushållstjänster. This is stated in a press release. The business, which is based in Halmstad, has annual revenue of SEK 6 million, just over 160 customers, and ten employees that Homemaid will take over. The acquisition will close on February 1, 2026 and is expected to contribute positively to both revenue and earnings.The purchase price amounts to SEK 2.8 million plus a smaller earn-out based on revenue development. The earn-out will be settled during 2026.
