The investment company Katalysen Ventures sees signs of an improved market for unlisted companies. At the same time, the company will realize value in its portfolio going forward. "We are entering the next phase with a focus on realizing value in the portfolio and creating good conditions for continued long-term value creation. At the same time, we see signs of improved market conditions for unlisted companies, which could benefit both our portfolio and our shareholders," says Katalysen Ventures CEO Anders Dahlgren in a comment. Ahead of 2026, the company has identified the execution of a strategically significant full or partial exit in the portfolio as an important milestone. That would, in such a case, free up capital for new investments and strengthen the company's financial platform. According to its website, Katalysen Ventures has eight larger holdings and, in addition, a number of smaller investments.
