The shareholders in the medical technology company Sensodetect are called to an extraordinary general meeting on February 19 in Malmö.It is proposed that the meeting elect a new board. Proposals for the election of board members will be announced no later than at the meeting.The background is that on Friday afternoon the company announced that Chair of the Board Pia Kinhult and board member Tore Robertsson had tendered their resignations from the board. Following the resignations, the board no longer meets the requirements, which led Spotlight to move the stock to the observation list. The stock plunged by 58 percent on Friday.- Pia and Tore have chosen to leave the board on their own initiative, which of course puts the company in a challenging position.
