The real estate company Krona Public Real Estate reports a lower profit from property management in the fourth quarter of 2025, compared with the same quarter the year before. The Board proposes no dividend, as in the previous year. Rental income rose to SEK 22.3 million (19.3), an increase of 15.5 percent year-on-year. Net operating income increased to SEK 18.6 million (17.8), an increase of 4.5 percent year-on-year. Profit from property management fell to SEK 10.2 million (11.5), a decrease of 11.3 percent year-on-year. Unrealized changes in property values amounted to SEK 18.0 million (-1.1). Profit before tax was SEK 28.3 million (10.4). Profit after tax was SEK 17.0 million (5.9), an increase of 188.1 percent year-on-year. Earnings per share amounted to SEK 1.78 (1.05), corresponding to an increase of 69.5 percent year-on-year. No ordinary dividend is proposed (0). The dividend proposal is based on prevailing market conditions and the shift in focus toward strengthening the company’s balance sheet.Net asset value, EPRA NRV, was SEK 58.53 per share (75.58) at year-end.Krona Public Real Estate currently owns six properties in Kongsberg, Norway, three properties in Södertälje, one property in Östersund, and three properties in Luleå. Krona Public Real Estate completed a rights issue in December that raised SEK 145 million before issue costs. Krona Bidco has acquired 69.90 percent of the shares in the company, which triggers a mandatory bid. The company intends to submit a public takeover offer for the remaining shares within the prescribed time according to the takeover rules.
