The Nomination Committee of the industrial company Finepart proposes, ahead of the Annual General Meeting later this spring, the election of William Larsson, Henrik Olsson and Johan Hallén as members of the Board of Directors. This is stated in a press release.Birgitta Öjmertz and Lars Darvall have declined re-election to the Board of Directors. Darvall explains that he wants to focus on his role as CEO of Finepart. Re-election is proposed for Chairman Oskar Olai and board member Stevce Mojanovski.
