The shareholders of the financial group Spotlight Group are called to the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, May 13 in Stockholm.The Board proposes that no dividend be paid.The Board’s proposal is already known. The Nomination Committee proposes that the Board be reduced in size from five to four members.Re-election is proposed of the Chair Günther Mårder and the members Jakob Grinbaum, Sara Uhlén and Fredrik Persson. Member Anna Barkfeldt Stahre thereby leaves the Board.
