Oil and gas company Zenith Energy is acquiring a 5 MWp solar power project in Apulia for approximately EUR 575,000, equivalent to around SEK 6 million. The land covers five hectares and costs approximately EUR 115,000 per hectare. Payment will be made only after permits and ready-to-build status. The portfolio grows to 178.5 MWp from 173.5 MWp, previously valued at EUR 54.7 million."The acquisition strengthens our pipeline and provides additional exposure to Apulia. It is in line with our strategy to prioritize projects with short lead times and near-term revenues," says CEO Andrea Cattaneo.
