Suntrade announces that the company’s project pipeline within battery energy storage systems (BESS) has increased from approximately 500 megawatts to 4.5 gigawatts, corresponding to an increase of around 800 percent. This is stated in a press release.The portfolio includes projects in five European markets and is planned to be developed and realized over the next three years. A growing share of the projects is in the Ready-to-Build phase, which means proximity to construction start and upcoming realization.“We are now entering a phase where we can develop and realize projects at a significantly larger volume than before,” says Daniel Hedström, CEO of Suntrade.
