Biogas company Biofrigas states that people in management and the board have subscribed for units in the ongoing rights issue, which amounts to approximately SEK 14.9 million. In total, subscription commitments, additional subscriptions and statements of intent amount to approximately SEK 4.1 million, corresponding to 27.7 percent of the issue.The company plans to use the issue proceeds to repay loans as well as for investments in sales, marketing and scaling up the business. Upon full subscription, net proceeds are expected to amount to approximately SEK 14.1 million after issue costs.
