The software company Comintelli’s Board of Directors has decided to apply for delisting of the company’s shares from Spotlight Stock Market.The background is that the company is being acquired by Dcap Bidco, owned by Dahlgren Capital, which controls more than 95 percent of the shares in Comintelli. The bidder will initiate compulsory redemption of the remaining shares.
