Service company Homemaid has signed an agreement to acquire the assets of Green Clean Sverige in Gävle for SEK 2.1 million, according to a press release.The acquisition is being carried out as a cash transaction financed with internal funds. The acquired business has ten employees, just over 180 customers and generates annual sales of about SEK 5 million."Through the acquisition, Homemaid is taking another important step to fulfill its growth strategy. Gävle is an important city for us, and the merger with Green Clean strengthens our presence in the city," comments Stefan Högkvist, CEO of Homemaid.Closing takes place on June 1.
