The service company Homemaid announced this morning an acquisition of the assets of Green Clean Sverige in Gävle for SEK 2.1 million. The acquired business has ten employees. The analysis house Inderes, which has an increase recommendation with a target price of SEK 38 for Homemaid, is positive about the deal but emphasizes that the acquired business accounts for less than 1 percent of the forecast revenue for 2026. "We view the transaction positively, as it is yet another strategically sound add-on acquisition at an attractive valuation that is in line with the company's strategy to consolidate the fragmented Swedish cleaning market," writes Inderes, which states that there will only be minor estimate changes as a result of the deal.
