The gaming and education company Edyoutec is postponing the publication of its annual report for 2025 to June 9 from June 1 previously. The annual general meeting will be held on June 30.The company is also moving the publication of its interim report for the first quarter of 2026 to May 31 from May 27 previously. According to the company, the delay is due to complicated accounts linked to its operations in Germany. It is not unusual for smaller listed companies to postpone their reports.
