The inhalation company Inhalation Sciences published its annual report for 2025 on Wednesday. The annual report includes a remark from the auditor, stating that the company’s financing for the coming twelve months from the date of publication of the annual report is not secured. "The board of directors and CEO assess that the company’s current financing is not sufficient to cover the needs of the business during the coming twelve-month period from the date of publication of the annual report. The company is therefore dependent on additional financing being provided, for example through a new share issue, loans or other financing solutions. Against this background, there is uncertainty regarding the company’s future financing," Inhalation Sciences comments in a press release. The board of directors and CEO are actively working to secure additional financing and assess that there are conditions to implement the necessary measures.
