Trading in Pharma Lundensis shares was suspended on 3 July 2026 following a decision by Spotlight Stock Market. The trading suspension applies until further notice. According to the marketplace, the reason is uncertainty regarding the company’s position and that continued trading is considered likely to harm investors’ interests. The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has been informed and has decided that the trading suspension shall remain in force until further notice.It has previously been known that the share will be delisted from Spotlight. In a press release during the morning of 3 July, Pharmalundensis wrote that the delisting will take place on Wednesday 8 July, while an earlier press release stated that the last trading day would be 14 July.
