McCabe Invest takes over Elteo Invest's subscription commitment of SEK 7 million in Zenergy's ongoing rights issue. The takeover takes place on unchanged terms, and Elteo Invest therefore no longer has any commitment. This is stated in a press release from Zenergy.The total amount of subscription commitments and underwriting commitments in the issue is not affected by the takeover. The issue's subscription guarantee level is therefore also unchanged.
