Shareholders in the IT consulting company Solidx are invited to the annual general meeting on Wednesday, 16 September in Malmö. The board proposes that no dividend be paid for the 2025 financial year.The re-election of the incumbent board is proposed, consisting of Chair Mikael Lunga and directors Annika Rickard, Filip Alexanderson, Sara Bratt and Kenneth Lyngshede.The board is seeking authorization from the meeting to resolve on new issues of shares, convertibles and warrants, within the limits on the number of shares set out in the articles of association.
