Technology company Servana has completed the acquisition of Dynava Group from Eniro. The purchase price amounts to SEK 102 million, of which approximately SEK 50 million was paid in cash and SEK 52 million through a vendor note. This is stated in press releases from the companies.In 2025, Dynava had revenue of SEK 318 million and EBITDA of approximately SEK 12 million. Servana is financing most of the cash portion with a SEK 40 million loan from Moank.For Eniro, the sale is part of streamlining its operations toward digital marketing.
