The Board of Directors of Xer Tech will convene an extraordinary general meeting on 17 September. The purpose is to amend the articles of association, meaning that the company will broaden its business area to also operate in the security market, in addition to the existing defense technology market. This is stated in a press release. The intention is to enable the company to offer its expertise in drone, sensor and electronic warfare to commercial security customers.
