Monarch Marine Holding has, following approval from the ISP, divested its entire holding of 14.4 million shares in Xer Tech Holding, corresponding to 24.5 percent of the capital and votes, through an in-kind distribution mainly to its shareholders.Cresta Group has received 11.2 percent and Riton Holding 6.3 percent, thereby passing the disclosure thresholds of 10 and 5 percent, respectively. The recipients assume Monarch’s lock-up undertaking.The in-kind distribution was announced earlier in July.
