Biotechnology company Cyclezyme has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire a patent and related rights for a biotechnological process for producing melanin from Ragn-Sells Recycling. This is stated in a press release.The purchase price will be paid through a promissory note to be offset against shares in a directed share issue. Following the issue, Ragn-Sells is expected to own approximately 7.9 percent of Cyclezyme. The subscription price and purchase price are based on the volume-weighted average share price during the ten trading days preceding completion. Ragn-Sells has also undertaken not to sell 75 percent of the shares received for 24 months.The completion date is preliminarily planned for approximately two weeks after the agreement is signed.
