The technology company SHT Smart High-Tech continued in August its transition from technology and product development to industrialization and commercial scale-up. This is stated in the company’s shareholder update.Product evaluations and technical discussions are ongoing with several global players in AI, semiconductors and advanced electronics. New product samples have been sent for testing, while additional global players have shown interest. Work on customer approvals, quality systems, process control and traceability continues.Production capacity is being expanded in Sweden and China, as well as through the partnership with BTR New Material Group, under which Smart High Tech will conduct production in-house with access to the partner’s infrastructure. At the same time, the company is investigating additional capacity outside China to increase geographical flexibility.The organization is being strengthened with Hongjin Zhang as Head of Process Engineering, while further recruitment is underway.
