Danish installations company Mendole is extending the subscription period for its directed and public share issue to September 25, from the previously announced September 11.The extension will give the company time to complete ongoing discussions with investors and lenders regarding the financing of the acquisition of Rebo. No binding financing agreements have yet been entered into.The share issue comprises up to approximately 8.6 million new shares at a price of 6.90 Danish kroner per share and can raise a maximum of 59 million Danish kroner before costs. There is no minimum subscription level.Completion of the acquisition of Rebo is conditional on sufficient proceeds from the share issue and the debt financing being arranged. Rebo's sellers have accepted an extended timetable. The outcome of the share issue is expected to be announced around September 28.
