The shares were bought at a price of SEK 4.19 per share, a transaction worth SEK 5.8 million. The transaction was made outside a trading venue. This is shown by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider register.The transaction is linked to Hunter Capital's mandatory bid for C100. Oliver Aleksov is chairman of the board of both Hunter Capital and C100. Hunter Capital owns 4.90 million shares, corresponding to 89.16 percent of the capital and votes in C100, according to the ownership service Holdings.
