Danish installation company Mendole's board member Kim Bjørn Pedersen is withdrawing from the planned DKK 38 million debt financing for the Rebo acquisition and is leaving the board.The decision is motivated by the ongoing share issue not having reached the capital level he had expected. Mendole is now seeking alternative financing and is also discussing a directed share issue. The Rebo deal is conditional on financing, and there is no guarantee that it will be completed.
