Danish installation company Mendole's directed issue and public offering were subscribed to 6.1 percent. In total, 523,889 new shares were subscribed for at a price of 6.90 Danish kroner, corresponding to 3.6 million Danish kroner. Existing shareholders are diluted by 8.9 percent. Issue costs amount to 0.65 million Danish kroner. The guarantee of 6.1 million Danish kroner was not utilized because the acquisition of Rebo has not yet been completed.The directed and public new share issue had been extended to 25 September, from the previous 11 September. The company could receive a maximum of 59 million Danish kroner.
