Environmental technology company Ecorub’s rights issue was subscribed to approximately 50.2 percent. Of the issue, 42.3 percent was subscribed for with the support of unit rights and 8.0 percent without the support of unit rights.The company will receive approximately SEK 8.4 million after set-off of loans amounting to SEK 3.6 million and before issue costs. Upon full exercise of the TO7 warrants, an additional approximately SEK 15 million may be raised.For existing shareholders who did not participate, the dilution will be approximately 33.4 percent. Upon full exercise of TO7, an additional dilution of approximately 25.1 percent will arise.
