Martin Pamrin and Fredrik Pamrin have increased their holdings in the cleaning robot company Envirologic through inheritance after each acquiring half of the shares in Företagssupport Christer Pamrin and half of Christer Pamrin's direct holding in the company. This is disclosed in a flagging notification.Following the transactions, Martin Pamrin owns 7.7 percent of the shares and 13.9 percent of the votes in Envirologic, compared with 2.2 and 1.6 percent, respectively, previously.Fredrik Pamrin subsequently owns 6.1 percent of the shares and 12.7 percent of the votes, compared with 0.6 and 0.4 percent, respectively, previously.The transactions were carried out between related parties.
