The special purpose acquisition company Hunter Capital RTO 1 and pharmaceutical company ResoTher Pharma are extending the letter of intent for the planned reverse takeover transaction to December 31 this year, from September 30 previously. The extension is intended to give the parties time to complete the remaining steps. The principal terms are otherwise unchanged.
