The exploration company Beowulf Mining is issuing 395,131 new shares after an investor elected to convert £25,000 of an outstanding convertible loan. Following the transaction, the company's total number of shares amounts to approximately 60 million. The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM around January 19.
