The mining exploration company Beowulf Mining announces that an investor is converting GBP 50,000 of a convertible loan into shares. In total, 1 million new shares are issued in accordance with the terms. The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on 28 April. Following the issue, the total number of shares will amount to approximately 64.7 million shares. This type of conversion has taken place before.
