Solution International has signed a letter of intent to acquire a Swedish brand in baby and children’s products for SEK 8 million. The business had sales of SEK 29.1 million in 2024/2025, with an operating profit of approximately SEK 2.9 million. The acquisition is expected to be immediately earnings-accretive. A final agreement and closing are planned no later than 26 September, subject to due diligence and the bank’s financing approval.
