The defense industry company Embedded Art has carried out a directed new share issue of 643,900 shares at a subscription price of SEK 12 per share, which provides the company with SEK 7.7 million before issue costs. The issue was oversubscribed, and the subscription price was set via an accelerated bookbuilding process with a discount of about 11 percent versus the latest closing price.The proceeds will primarily co-finance the acquisition of Granit Teknikbyrå at an initial cash purchase consideration of SEK 14.1 million. The issue entails dilution of approximately 3.23 percent.
