Windon Energy has signed a letter of intent with Morten Lindholdt and Igor Rogelj to form a joint venture to further develop and commercialize the RidgeBlade technology and a brand for modular wind power systems. According to a press release.The new company will be incorporated as a Swedish limited liability company, in which Windon will own 60 percent, while Lindholdt and Rogelj will own 20 percent each. The company will be financed separately and intends to seek external financing for continued product development, certification, and market introduction. The goal is to finalize agreements and form the company no later than the first quarter of 2026.Windon assesses that the transaction will not have any material impact on the company's financial position.
